Guide to Public Toilets around Sydney Harbour

The following table is provided as a guide to public toilets around Sydney Harbour that are located within a short walking distance of suitable landing points such as public wharves and sandy beaches. This guide would be useful for boat owners who do not have a holding tank. Most of the wharves listed are used by commercial ferries, so please keep a lookout for approaching ferries and be prepared to move away if necessary to allow them to berth.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained therein, vessel operators are advised to make their own inquiries if in any doubt or if visiting an unfamiliar area. It should also be noted that toilet facilities may be temporarily closed for cleaning or maintenance, and access may be restricted to certain days and/or times.

Some information on particular landing sites is provided under "comments", however please be aware this information is not exhaustive, and vessel operators have a responsibility to exercise due caution at all times.

Additional amenities are provided by some marinas and boatsheds. Information on these are available by linking to location of Pumpout Facilities in Sydney. See also the map of Pump-out Facilities and Amenities in Sydney Harbour.

Note: While every effort is made to keep this information up to date, changes may have occurred since publication. Further information may be available at http://www.toiletmap.gov.au/Default.aspx.
