Welcome to our 2010 Annual Report

NSW Maritime is the State Government’s safety regulator for commercial and recreational vessels.

NSW Maritime also regulates the safety functions of NSW port corporations; manages two regional ports; provides policy advice to the State Government on port-related activities; owns and manages the seabed of the major ports, including Sydney Harbour and its tributaries; and uses boating licence revenue to support better boating infrastructure across the State.
