Wetland Lease
| Commercial Leases |
| The nature of commercial leases is such that the rental charges are determined on the basis of independent advice provided by registered valuers. Rental reviews are generally conducted on a three or five yearly basis. |
| Private Leases | | Rents for sites used for private recreation purposes on terms that preclude commercial activities are calculated on a rate per square metre of occupation. In 2008 they range from $21.07 to $88.52 per square metre per annum depending on the location of the occupation. These wetland rates are subject to review annually to reflect the latest Statutory Land Values. |
