Improving Data Integration for Maritime Property Management

Maritime supports a number of data systems for its property management, finance, environmental planning and spatial information systems.

Maritime is currently developing an integrated system to link those databases and to provide a more streamlined, efficient method of managing its land, and the leasing and licensing relationships that it has with the community.

The partner organisation in this initiative is Debraneys Pty Ltd.

Debraneys is a wholly Australian-owned technology company specialising in information management systems. 

Potential benefits of the new Debraneys Security Management System (DSMS) include the ability to access all property related information in real time, improved report production, and better security and auditing capabilities.

Further development of the DSMS system will be progressed shortly, pending the outcome of the Government’s current administrative review of the integrated transport authority.
