Framework Plans

Framework Plans were non-statutory documents developed to provide guidance to Maritime in the exercise of its land owner's consent functions and related activities. Framework Plans ceased to have effect from 3 August 2007 and are no longer applied or considered by Maritime in exercising its planning or land owner functions.
