Maritime Property - Division Profile

The Maritime Property Division comprises four core business areas:

• Strategic Development and Commercial Property
• Domestic Property and Geospatial Services
• Infrastructure Procurement and Planning
• Business Support and Policy

covering the following key functions:

	Leasing – Commercial and Domestic		Development Proposals
	Major Projects		Surveying and Mapping

The Maritime Property Division is responsible for the management and administration of NSW Maritime’s significant property portfolio. The total value of the property portfolio comprises the major proportion of NSW Maritime’s $770M of assets.
